  • How the footage will be used
  • Guarantee of one-time use and against sale or loan to third party
  • Desired format for preview and use
  • Billing information and contact person, phone number and email
  • Additional information may be requested from first time archival users.

Licensee will pay for all processing charges required to provide materials in the desired format. Licensee will pay for all delivery, shipping and cartage costs. Sale to third parties or use other than agreed in writing is prohibited.

Third World Newsreel is a small team and we need to receive final pre-payment two weeks before we deliver the stock footage clips. The person who handles stock footage requests is available on a part-time basis from Monday to Wednesday.

TWN acknowledges that in New York we are on the unceded territory of the Lenni Lenape, Canarsie, Shinecock, and Munsee peoples and challenges the harm that continues to be inflicted upon Indigenous and People of Color communities here and abroad, which is why we all need to be part of the struggle for rights, equality and justice.

TWN is supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Council on the Arts, New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, Color Congress, MOSAIC, New York Community Trust, Peace Development Fund, Humanities NY, Ford Foundation, Hollywood Foreign Press Association, and individual donors.
